(reported by NJ.com – May 4 2017)
Four members of one family have been charged with distributing Oxycodone, authorities said.
Maryann Gratzel, 56, Trudy Gratzel, 21, Anthony Gratzel, 38 and Rory Puntasecca, 34, all of Little Ferry, were arrested on drug-related charges, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday.
Police investigated for two months and alleged that Maryann Gratzel had Oxycodone pills prescribed in her name and that she and her children, Trudy, Anthony and Rory were all involved in distributing them.
Anthony and Rory were arrested without incident while allegedly distributing 55 Oxycodone pills outside their home in Little Ferry. Trudy was also arrested without incident at the same location.
Their mother, Maryann, was not there when they were arrested and was served a criminal summons for her alleged involvement later in the day.
