Garfield, NJ – Apparently possession of child pornography is handled much like getting caught not wearing your car seatbelt – you get released on a summons.
Michael Yosco Jr., 70, was charged with possession of sexually explicit files depicting prepubescent and pubescent children.
Yosco was released – FREE TO GO – under NJ Bail Reform after the Arnold Foundation’s “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.
