Jerol Jalocon, 45, of Bergenfield, was arrested for possession of crystal meth, lewdness, and having a fictitious license plate after he was found masturbating in his car outside a 7-Eleven in New Milford.
Jalacon was released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform guidelines after the “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.
Another “validated pretrial risk assessment” Failure.
