Calvin Henry, 18, and Daijuan Cato, 21, were arrested after the two were charged with burglarizing an eye doctor’s office.
Both were later released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform after the “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that the pair was not a danger to the community and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.
