While under his care, case worker sexually assaults child.
Miguel Garrido, 23, of South Brunswick, was arrested and now faces charges of aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and using marijuana with the victim.
Garrido worked as a case worker at Coordinated Family Care, a private non-profit management organization where he was assigned to the victims case.
Garrido was released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform after the Arnold Foundation’s “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.

You’ve been lied to New Jersey…
Bail Reform is reckless and dangerous – with zero regard for victims or criminal accountability. Demand more from our legislators – demand that they fix the issues of bail reform.
