Trenton, NJ – Six separate drug arrests – six released on a summons under NJ Bail Reform

The Trenton Street Crimes Unit is working hard to clear the streets of drug distribution – arresting six in separate drug arrests Thursday night.

Fortunately for those arrested, NJ Bail Reform guidelines let them free on a summons after the “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that they are not a danger to the community and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.
