Williamstown man arrested on child porn distribution charges FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform

Williamstown, NJ – Leonard J. Pozniak, 26, was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of child pornography after a raid of his home by investigators from the High-Tech Crime Unit.

Pozniak, who is unemployed, was sent to the Salem County Correctional Facility after the arrest and later released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform after the Arnold Foundation’s “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.

Pozniak faces a maximum of 15 years in prison if found guilty.
